Screened in porches: We will wet and scrub down both sides of the screen with soap and water then hand dry to remove any extra soap or water. This will leave the screen looking brand new and remove all the built up dust or debris.
Gutter cleaning: We will remove all debris from the gutters as well as the down spouts and finish up by flushing each downspout with water to ensure everything is flowing how it should. For an additional fee we will check and clean out each french drains to ensure all water is flowing away from the house.
Window cleaning and storms: We will clean each window by hand face to face with the window. This includes wiping off the trim and any screens to give the windows a fresh clean look. Both windows and storms will be done in the same ways.
All services We offer are priced by us on location ahead of or scheduled cleanings. Prices are different depending on type of services storms are the most expensive followed by windows, screens then gutters. All of the pricing depends on types of windows how many windows if its a full cleaning or partial and if we are doing just exterior or full in and out window cleaning.
